Due to unprecedented growth and success, BES Utilities have expanded their office space at Fleetwood Town Football Club. The £1.5 million expansion opened its doors on Monday and is now home to 80 members of staff.
The Group of companies supply electricity and gas, and provides telecommunication services to the commercial sector. Following a successful two day recruitment event in August, BES has employed a number of new recruits from the local community in business administration, finance, credit control and sales roles.
Managing Director, Andy Pilley commented: “This is an expansion that we have been planning for several years. We always knew that the day would come when we needed extra office space and extra office staff. I am delighted to say that there will be as many as 80 employees operating from the new office, of which 40 will be new recruits.
Inside the firm’s new office, “the space has an open layout and enjoys lots of natural light” says Andy. “There are excellent onsite facilities including a fully equipped canteen and meeting room space.”
