If you’re looking for career in a fast-paced organisation, BES Utilities is on the lookout for two new office apprentices to join their team in Fleetwood.
If you have just left college and want to embark on a Business Administration Apprenticeship, earning a wage while gaining a plethora of skills from experienced staff, then this could be the opportunity for you.
We’re looking for someone who possesses excellent communication and organisational skills, is trustworthy and reliable, a great team player and enjoys a varied role as tasks will change on a daily basis.
You will have a variety of duties, such as providing day to day administrative support across the operations teams, photocopying, sending emails, meeting and greeting visitors, carrying out mail merge exercises and preparing welcome packs, and scheduling meetings.
Lewis Smith has been with BES as an office apprentice for the last 12 months.
“I have thoroughly enjoyed my last year at BES,” said Lewis. “It’s been great to have a full overview of the business, as it’s helped me find my strengths and decide on which area I would like to work in.

Launched in 2002, BES Utilities is a UK independent commercial utility supplier, comprising Business Energy Solutions Ltd and BES Commercial Electricity Ltd.
Our Head Office is based in Fleetwood, Lancashire, and at the end of 2019 we were able to expand and open new offices in Manchester. In June 2019, we were delighted to launch our own metering division, BES Metering Services, which is based in Manchester.
